JW Development Atlantic Ltd. is proud to offer our gift a tenant option.

Looking to help a loved one, or give a realistic gift? We accept e-transfers applied directly to tenants accounts.

How it works:

• Send an e-transfer to jwdevelopmentsatl@gmail.com with the tenants name(s) in the memo section, as well as your personal email address.
• You will receive a payment receipt to the email you have provided.
• Amounts will be applied directly to tenants accounts at the time a receipt is issued.

** Please note, tenants registered for our portal receive email/text notifications for account payments. If you wish to have payments applied for a special date, please contact Samantha via the above email or text/call (902) 957-6133 to make arrangements.**

All e-transfers are final. No Refunds will be issued. Payments made on tenant(s) accounts in no way gives rights or liability to the lease or property except to those listed on leases. Tenants are still accountable for their individual leases and units. Payments made are in kind, and gifters understand they will not be obtaining any product or services from this option.
